Shipping Policies

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Drewsdecals.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

Shipment Locations

We are currently only shipping domestically (including Canada) through USPS. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us via instagram or email to see what we can possibly arrange.  

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has been fulfilled but this does NOT indicate shipping time. Once your order is fulfilled it will then be shipped on the next closest shipping day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The amount of time it takes to ship your order is based upon several factors including our current volume of orders, the size of your order, and the difficulty of your order. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you. If you need your order sooner than the allotted time, contact us to arrange a custom shipping date BEFORE placing your order, to assure it is possible. 

Shipping Rates

There is a $3.50 flat shipping rate for all domestic orders that is added to your total at checkout. Any orders over $25 will automatically receive free shipping at checkout. This does not reflect the cost of international shipping (see above section). Orders do not receive tracking numbers unless otherwise arranged. 

Shipping Details

We want to make sure your order reaches you timely and safely. Please double check your shipping information such as house numbers, apartments, zip codes, and correct spelling of street names. 

Missing/Stolen Package

Once your order has left our facility and been transferred to the post office, we are no longer responsible. If you have issues with your order not arriving please contact your local carrier. We do not refund missing or stolen packages. As always, if you do have an issue with your order, please feel free to contact us to discuss your concerns.
