We take pride in the quality of our work and personally inspect every order before it ships. However, we understand that mistakes or issues can happen, and we’re committed to making it right.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review your claim, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly — whether that means sending a replacement or finding another solution that ensures you’re satisfied.

Custom Product Policy

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes or colors chosen by the customer

  • Customer errors in provided text, measurements, or uploaded designs

  • Change of mind after production has begun
